Frames not included

All artwork and prints are unframed. Images shown on instagram and/or the site are for framing suggestions only. Please note that all prints are standard sizes and will fit most shop bought frames. Please be careful not to touch the ink or place in direct sunlight as this can damage and/or fade your print. Framing your print behind glass or Perspex will protect your print. By taking care of your print it can last a lifetime!

Free Local Delivery

Free local delivery applies to the areas of Kilmessan, Trim, Dunshaughlin and Navan in County Meath and the wider Meath area (within reason). If free local delivery is requested for an order and the delivery address is not within reason an additional delivery charge will be requested. Orders can not be shipped until the outstanding delivery charge has been paid in full. Please allow 2-3 days for free local delivery. If you are unsure if you qualify for free delivery please contact katie@ducksinarow.ie

Shipping

All items are sent via An Post Standard Irish Mail and are not tracked. Once your order has been sent there is no way to track your items while in transit

Lost or Damaged Orders

Ducks in a row currently uses An Post Standard Shipping methods for all orders unless otherwise stated and is not responsible for refunding or reshipping orders lost or damaged in transit. Ducks in a row is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect address at checkout. If you have an issue with a lost or missing order please contact katie@ducksinarow.ie

Personalised/Custom Orders

Personalised/custom orders are non-refundable and may not be cancelled once work has commenced on the design. Ducks in a row is not responsible for any spelling errors, typos or mistakes made on personalised or custom orders once the design proof has been approved. By approving your final design proof you accept responsibility for the design layout, wording, spelling, and information as shown on the design proof. Ducks in a row is not responsible for errors noticed after final proof approval. Edits and reprints will incur a reprint charge

Payments

Price of Goods

Ducks in a row reserves the right to alter the prices of products at any time. Postage and packaging is charged in addition to products, and is stated individually during the check-out process

Content Use

If you wish to use any ducks in a row content or make reference to ducks in a row publicly please contact me for permission at katie@ducksinarow.ie. I ask that you provide credit for any content you intend to use online. Where possible, I am happy to provide high quality images for use and answer any questions you may have. You may not publish or reproduce any material belonging to ducks in a row without permission. Ducks in a row reserves the right to request any third-party remove any copyright materials
