Delivery and Shipping

Orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Custom items are made to order and may take a little longer. Please allow 2-5 days for your personlised or custom orders to prepare before shipping. Please allow up to a week for wreath orders
Estimated delivery times with An Post Standard Mail are:

Ireland: 2-3 working days

UK: 5-7 working days

Europe: 7-10 working days

USA: 10-14 working days

Australia: 14-21 working days

Rest of the World: 14-21 working days

Orders are sent with An Post Standard Mail and are not tracked

Prints are shipped flat in a sturdy mailer with a backing board and placed in a protective cello sleeve to avoid damage
Pebble art is shipped in a sturdy padded box to avoid damage or delivered/collected locally where possible
Wreaths are for collection or delivery locally only

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

Returns:

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, or sale items cannot be returned
Personalised orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or refunded
Once your returned item(s) has been received, your original method of payment will be credited, excluding non-refundable shipping costs. Please note refunds may take 2-4 weeks to process
How to return an item:
Return your unused and unopened product(s) using the details on the ducks in a row postage sticker on the outside of your product packaging
Please use original or secure packaging with proof of postage. Ducks in a row will not be responsible for refunding orders lost or damaged in transit
Once your returned item(s) is received, you will be credited to your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible
If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within 4 weeks, please contact katie@ducksinarow.ie

Cancellations:

Orders can not be cancelled once the item(s) has been shipped. Custom/personlised orders can not be cancelled once work has commenced on the design. If you would like to cancel an order please get in touch as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Ducks in a row does not offer exchanges at this time, but will always try to be as accommodating as possible.
