Hi – I’m Katie, from Kilmessan, County Meath, Ireland.

While I’m not a gaeilgeoir (fluent Irish speaker), I love the Irish language and aim to promote it and encourage others to learn with me through my artwork. “Is fearr gaeilge bhriste ná béarla cliste” – broken Irish is better than clever English!

My hope is to inspire someone out there to go for it, whatever ‘it’ may be.  Feel-good, uplifting and mindful content is my goal. 

My products include illustrations, pebble art, line art and wreaths, with gaeilge (Irish) incorporated throughout.  Is grá liom nádúr (I love nature) so much of my inspiration comes from it.

A little misneach (courage) goes a long way, and it’s certainly taken that to put my artwork out there, but I’m so grateful for all the support and encouragement I’ve received to date, so go raibh míle maith agaibh go léir – thank you all so much.
